Everyday Thanks Card

What a wonderful blessing it’s been to have our son staying with us for the past month.❤️

Today is the last day of rotation #4 for his Physician Assistant Program. Only 5 rotations to complete before graduation. He’s going to be an amazing PA!

He wanted to give each of his preceptors a card to show his appreciation for their help. Last night I designed and assembled these in about 90 minutes. I just love how they turned out and he did too! I was asked to make them for all of his preceptors. Oh darn, I have to order more supplies. 😉

I’d appreciate your prayers for Matty as he travels home this evening.

Paper Florist Card – Color Challenge #TGIFC419

I’ve been spending most days in my HAPPY PLACE aka stampin’ nook creating and organizing my temporary space. I’m truly loving it and having everything within reach. I promise to share it with you soon.

Starting last week I wanted to have some fun and participate in challenges which take me away from my go to colors and layouts. I hope you’ll play along and share your creations with me.

Here is the first challenge for this week. TGIF Color Challenge #TGIFC419 – If you want to play along click on the graphic below.

Here is my first TGIF challenge creation. I paired the Phrases For All Stamp set with two NEW dies sets. The Paper Florist and Nested Essential Dies are stand alone dies that don’t have a coordinating stamp set. These dies will definitely get lots of love from me!

Here is the pile of leftovers. Yes, I had to try every combination until I loved my project. I’ll tuck these treasures into a clear envelope and create with them another day or give them to my sweet Mom who’ll turn them into beautiful cards.

Here are the products I used to create my card. Click the links below to shop my online store.

CASE-ing Tuesday #406 – Cheerful Daisies Bundle

I joined the CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group  awhile back and participated for the first time today. CASE = copy and share everything. You can join the FUN and play along.

Below is the sample and the sketch layout with measurements. You can change a little, a lot or make the card just as it is in the catalog. If you wish, post it to the thread linked above and on social media using #caseingtuesday406

For my card I used some left over bits and pieces from another project. I followed the measurements as shown then felt my card needed some pizazz. I added some bling and a layer of Pretty Peacock card stock textured with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. I colored the Rhinestone Basic Jewels with my Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends. For the envelope I used the left over scrap of DSP, attached it with Multipurpose Glue, then trimmed off the excess with my Paper Snips.
